I tend to be pretty harsh when I write critiques, and honestly I was a little scared to write a critique for your art because you have so many fans and I don't know how they'd all react to seeing me call their favorite artist's work imperfect, but I decided to do it anyway.
I know this isn't meant to be like super realistic, because obviously that's not your style, but I'm not really sure what you had in mind when painting this, so I'm just going to point out that the eyes could be a bit smaller. However, I think that's just a part of your style, so you can ignore that suggestion if you like.
So I think that you painted this very well and I really love the background, but I think a few brighter colors would make it look even better. I like the dark, but I also think it could use even more bright green when heading towards the sky.
Now onto the cat itself. When I paint, I like to look at other artists' work to get a little inspiration before I start. I know this is a simple orange cat, but I think that it could use a few more details. It could possibly be a little more defined. Here is a great drawing/painting you could use as a reference before painting: [x]
I know it's more realistic than your art, but I still think that it could be useful to you.

Apofiss
is a great artist to check out before you start to paint as well. You have different styles, but you're both great painters and I think that you could get a lot of inspiration from him: [x]

This is a cat, and the tutorial I'm going to link you to is for human eyes, but I feel that it would be very useful to you in helping your art "come alive". The tutorial is done by the amazing

For finishing touches, I would suggest looking back at
Apofiss
and checking out this tutorial: [x]

And here are my favorite tutorials on things to add at the end: [x], [x], [x]

That's all! I hope that this was somewhat helpful. c:
